Do You Combine Postage?

Yes, we offer combined postage. Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • $10.00 flat shipping rate Australia wide for all orders under $100.

  • Free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $100.

We ship from Thurgoona, NSW, Australia.

Who Do You Ship With?

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service.

Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order using Australia Post. After your items are paid for, please allow up to 48 hours to receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Track your parcel at http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. Please note that Creative Muse Handmade cannot be held responsible for items lost by Australia Post.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping upon request. For a shipping quote, please contact us via email at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au.

After Purchasing, How Long Until My Order Will Be Posted?

Physical items, excluding custom or made-to-order items, will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, such as Christmas and New Year, your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive. Any expected delays will be communicated to you.

What Are The Estimated Delivery Times?

For Domestic orders with Standard Shipping:

  • Australia Post standard metro: 3-6 business days

  • Australia Post Standard Regional: 4-13 business days

 

For Domestic orders with Express Shipping:

  • Australia Post Express metro: 1-3 business days

  • Australia Post Express Regional: 2-5 business days

 

For International orders: Delivery times vary by country and can take up to 3-4 weeks due to customs inspections.

Late Deliveries

Creative Muse Handmade is not liable for late deliveries beyond the estimated time-frame provided by Australia Post. Refunds will not be issued for late deliveries.

Address Changes

Address changes are handled on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

What Do I Do If Items Are Damaged on Arrival?

If your item is damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Email a photo of the damage, along with your order number, to info@creativemusehandmade.com.au. Provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, box, and invoice.

My Parcel Has Arrived but Something Is Missing

If items are missing from your order, email us at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au with your order number and photos of the package (exterior and interior), contents, and invoice. We will work towards a resolution.

My Order Says it has been Delivered but I Haven't Received it.  What Can I do?

If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, take the following steps:

  • Verify your shipping address

  • Contact your local post office for more details on the delivery

  • Check with household members and neighbors If your package still hasn't arrived, email us at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au with your order number.

 

Please note: Orders returned to Creative Muse Handmade due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.
