Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Please note that natural product degradation due to wear and tear, exposure to water, or breakage/damage during use is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our refund policy.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale Items:

Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges:

We are happy to replace items that are defective or were damaged upon receipt. However, exchanges will not be granted for products showing general wear and tear or damage incurred after receiving the product. Any shipping charges associated with an exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Gifts:

If an item was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you as a gift, we'll require proof of purchase from the gift-giver. Once verified, we can arrange either a refund to the gift-giver or an exchange directly with you, the recipient.

Shipping:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@creativemusehandmade.com.au, and we will provide you with the necessary details. In most cases, you can reuse the packaging in which your item(s) were received for the return shipment.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If the value of the item you are returning is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution.
