Do you combine postage?
Yes, we provide a flat shipping rate of $9.00 Australia wide on all orders under $100 and free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $100.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we send all our parcels via Australia Post. Once your items have been paid for please allow up to 48 hours to receive a confirmation email detailing your tracking information. All parcels can be tracked by visiting http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html . Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items lost by Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally upon request, please contact us via email info@creativemusehandmade.com.au for a shipping quote.
After purchasing, how long until my order will be posted?
All items are posted with 48 hours after receiving cleared payment, with the exception of custom orders. You will be notified if there are to be any expected delays.

How can I make payment?
PayPal - Payments are both safe and secure. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via this method, PayPal also accept most major credit and debit cards.

Refunds
Your happiness is important to Creative Muse Handmade. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact me immediately if you have any concerns. While I take great care to ensure that your order is correct, sometimes mistakes are made. If you are not happy, please let me know. You may return your purchase for a refund less shipping costs, provided items are returned within 7 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in new and sale-able condition. Personalised, certain custom made and sale items will not be refunded.

How do I order something Custom Made

Turnaround Time
Custom orders will be made after cleared funds are received. Please allow 10 working days for your items to be made and posted. If purchasing large quantities I will advise if the turnaround time is likely to exceed the standard 10 days. If you need your order quickly I will do my best to accommodate your needs, so please send me an email to discuss.
How long will it take for my custom order to arrive?
This will be determined on an individual order basis, but in general please allow 10 working days to produce your custom made item (excluding postage time).
OTHER INFORMATION
Is all stock available?
With the exception of custom orders all stock is available for immediate dispatch. As all our items are handmade they are unique and often one off items. If you require a larger quantity of an item than what is available please contact me.
Do you sell your products anywhere else but here?
Yes, Creative Muse attends various markets throughout the Riverina and North East Victoria. Please see the locations page for upcoming markets.

Are Creative Muse products machine washable?
With the exception of a few products (hairclips, headbands, felt banners), Creative muse handmade products are machine washable.
Variations
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural variation of pattern placement and of fabric design, products may not be exactly as pictured on this website. Please also note that the settings of your monitor may also alter the colour of the items.
Warnings
Some Creative Muse products may contain small parts. It is recommended that children wearing these items be supervised while wearing the products due to potential choking hazard risk. At no time should a child of any age sleep or be unsupervised whilst wearing a Creative Muse products containing small parts.
