Turnaround Time for Custom Orders

Custom orders will be crafted once payment is confirmed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the creation and shipment of your items. If ordering large quantities, we'll inform you if the turnaround time exceeds the standard 10 days. Should you require expedited processing, kindly email us to discuss possibilities.

 
Availability of Stock

Except for custom orders, made-to-order, and personalized items, all stock is readily available for immediate dispatch. As our items are artisanally crafted, they are often one-of-a-kind. Should you require a larger quantity than currently available, please get in touch.

Product Care

Most Creative Muse Handmade products are machine washable, excluding a few items such as hair-clips, headbands, and felt banners.

 
Variations

Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our products, as well as the inherent variations in pattern placement and fabric design, the actual products may differ slightly from the images displayed on our website. Additionally, note that monitor settings can also impact the perceived colour of items.

 
Warnings

Certain Creative Muse Handmade products may contain small components. We recommend supervising children while they wear such items due to potential choking hazards. Children of any age should not sleep or be unsupervised while wearing Creative Muse Handmade products containing small parts.

 
Coupon Codes and Gift Cards

Please note the following regarding coupon codes and gift cards:

  • Only one coupon code or rewards voucher can be applied per order.

  • Creative Muse Handmade Digital Gift Cards cannot be acquired using a coupon code. However, gift cards can be combined with a coupon code.

 
Cancellations

Commonly used materials

Creative Muse Handmade commonly use 100% cotton Fabrics, bamboo, microfibre and PUL.

 

What is PUL?

PUL fabric is a type of laminated fabric. PUL stands for Polyurethane Laminate. It can be pronounced either P-U-L or "pull". PUL Fabric is water resistant, so it is ideal for the outside of cloth nappies, nappy covers, wetbags, change mats etc.

 

What is Microfiber?

Microfiber is a synthetic material made from a blend of polyester and polyamide (nylon). It is known for its incredibly fine fibres, which are much thinner than human hair. These fine fibres create a large surface area, which gives microfiber its exceptional cleaning abilities.

Benefits of microfiber for cleaning:

  • Superior Absorption: Microfiber has excellent absorbency, making it effective for picking up and trapping dirt, dust, and liquids.

  • Effective Cleaning: The fine fibres can easily reach and lift particles from surfaces without the need for chemical cleaners, often requiring only water.

  • Lint-Free: Microfiber is less likely to leave behind lint or streaks, making it ideal for cleaning glass, mirrors, and other smooth surfaces.

What is Bamboo Fabric?

Bamboo fabric is derived from bamboo fibres and is considered a more sustainable and eco-friendly option compared to traditional textiles. The bamboo fibres are processed and woven into fabric.

Benefits of bamboo fabric for cleaning:

  • Eco-Friendly: Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows quickly and requires minimal water and pesticides. This makes bamboo fabric a more sustainable choice.

  • Antibacterial Properties: Bamboo fibers naturally contain a substance called "bamboo kun," which has antibacterial and antifungal properties. This can help prevent the growth of bacteria on the fabric.

  • Softness: Bamboo fabric is known for its soft and smooth texture, making it gentle on surfaces and less likely to scratch delicate surfaces.

  • Absorbent: While not as absorbent as microfiber, bamboo fabric still has good moisture-wicking properties and can be effective for wiping surfaces.
